There’s a lot of reasons why it’s hard for some of us to ask for help when we need it. One of those reasons may be that we don’t want to be a burden to those who help us out. Another reason may be some self-righteous desire to prove ourselves capable and independent. Yet another reason could be the fear of looking stupid when we realize the answer was staring in our face the entire time. Just to be safe, maybe we should just try doing the same thing we’ve been doing for the past hour and hope this time it works.
