“And ever since ghosts were proven to be real, the insurance companies lobbied to have ‘afterlife’ legally considered a form of living.”

– why ghosts are excluded from life insurance payouts

I’ve always wondered what the exact criteria for “unfinished business” was for becoming a ghost. Like, don’t most people die without having completed one of their goals? And why do so many ghosts have such malicious unfinished businesses like, “I didn’t kill fuck over enough people while I was alive, so I’m gonna be an even bigger asshole now that I’m dead!”

Where are all the ghosts whose unfinished business was not raising enough money for charity? Or not discovering the cure for cancer?
