“Is something wrong with me or is this just what my life is now?”

In the past, I had a problem of not being tired enough to sleep at a reasonable hour, and thus would be tired the next morning after staying up too late. Fool that I am, I arrogantly believed I had unlocked the answer to this problem some time ago – if I just jam pack every waking hour of my day with activities, then I’ll be suitably tired by the end of the day and go straight to sleep. Turns out, more sleep didn’t actually make me feel more rested. Now I’m just tired all the time and then feel guilty if I haven’t spent every hour of the day doing something productive.
