A lot of people were telling me that Goddess’ Blessing was broken, so I nerfed it to a once-a-day spell. This comic also serves as a direct sequel to Phil the Druid!

There’s a delicate balance every game needs to make with really powerful items/spells/weapons – if their uses are limited, they have to be limited enough to not be overpowered but also not so limited that you feel using them at all might be a waste of a use at a more pressing time. Though, considering I end most of my games with 99 Elixirs, I can’t say I’m sure where the equilibrium point lies for me.
