I’m not the only one who realized this, right? That the premise of The Santa Clause starring Tim Allen implies that the role of Santa can be usurped by whoever can slay him in battle? And thus, whoever holds the title of Santa Claus must be a capable warrior in their own right to defend their title? And that Tim Allen, in his negligent homicide, placed the position of Santa Claus in great peril by taking the position without appropriate combat training? I never watched the sequels, so if this is the premise of any of them, let me know.
